Wholesale Parts Return Policy: 
  • No returns accepted without receipt. 
  • No refunds on special orders. 
  • No refunds on orders that are over 30 days old. 
  • There is a 25% handling fee on all returned parts. 
  • No returns on electrical components with open packaging (any part or item that gets plugged into an electrical source). 
  • Refunds are either processed electronically or via paper check. 
  • Refunds cannot be processed until after the original payment has been cleared. 
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Key Policy 
  • All key purchases require proper ownership documentation (License and Title or Registration). 
  • Ownership documents must be in the same name and must be current. Expired documents will not be accepted. 
  • Automotive keys are programmed to the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the vehicle requested. Some keys may require additional programming through our Service Department and may incur an additional charge.  
  • Once keys are ordered, they cannot be cancelled.  
  • All automotive key sales are final. No exceptions.
